Reflect on your gratitude for the love of the Mother figure in your life. Be grateful for her consciousness; getting beside herself to think enough of you, love you. Most of the lessons we've learned were taught by a Mother. Some of mine have giving me such peace over the years. The ultimate is; " This too shall pass"; it will pass. She would go on to say, God doesn't give us anymore than we can bear. He loves you and he would never leave or forsake you; Deuteronomy 31:6. Please believe this.
