Leaving 2014...

This year should have been a year of hi's and low's with the energy that was flowing in the earth realm.  The atmosphere was full of hatred and fear.  Those like myself who have the knowledge "everything will be ok" will be alright.  Once you are aware of what that knowledge is, you know.

The gift of love and understanding...

Let this holiday season be a season of love and understanding by giving a gift of patience and respect.  This type of energy is the force we need to embrace our brothers and sisters of all races.  It truly would be the catalyst for change. 

Walk the talk and talk the walk...

Don't just talk about your belief factors.  Walk in them.  The walk leads everyone else to believe that you not only believe it yourself, but you live it.  Belief is confidence you walk the talk you're talking.

Eating Consciously...

Injustice to Justice...

Since the beginning of time injustices have existed.  These injustices started with brothers like Cain and Abel.  Those who don't know the story; Cain slewed Abel because God honored Abel's offering over His; Gen 4:1-8.  Most scholars say this happened because of anger and jealousy.  I say injustices of any kind stem from the inability to accept others differences.

Create your job...

Quit looking outside of you and look inside of you to create the job you want.  The universe will always have room for your vision and dream. 

Thanksgiving, the giving of thanks...

When I think of Thanksgiving I think of gratitude.  The love of the universe and how our purposes are moving to the forefront.  There many things I have to be grateful for.  Here are a few of mine.
I am grateful and thankful for:
1.  500+ followers of this Blog, we couldn't do it without you.
2.  The constructive criticism that I receive about this blog, it strengthens and allows us to look at our errors and correct them.
3.  Grateful for the inspirational words that comes from the universe, the enlightenment and walk of life; reminders from others, their words have allowed us to flourish.
4.  Assistance in forms of blessings that I have received from others; not just their gifts but their love, encouragement that keeps us moving forward and pats on the back, just when we needed them.  This allows us to relish in what we are doing right.
5.  My staff of 2 years, they believe in what we are doing and where we're going and continue to evolve this brand.
These are just a few of mine, I challenge you to write down some of yours.

Without detachment...

When things are done and performed without detachment, everything flows.  Set your intention, do your part, detach and let the universe do the rest.  

Deepest desire...

Your deepest desires comes from the source, your soul.  These desires are signals from your soul, your true self.  This type of desire can be fulfilled without struggle because it is most powerful operating out of the soul.

Express and let go...

When we express our deepest desires, set our intention, do our best and let it go; goodness and our deepest desires flow to us.  Without a doubt; try it. Express, intend, do what you can and let go.

Becoming you...

Every challenge leads you to the gift of becoming the person you were created to be. Each obstacle prepares you for the battle.  Fight to become you, fight hard; because to become you is the greatest gift you can give back to the Creator!

Write your own story...

Quit waiting for your life to begin and begin to create your story.  Dare to be the person who decided to do something.  Something great.

False evidence appearing real...

Let your faith be BIGGER than your fear.  We all know that fear is not real and tries to give evidence of something that doesn't exist.

Humiliation or the dream...

The fear of being humiliated stops people from pursuing their God given purpose and ability.  Your choice, fear or the life of your dreams.

Pain verses suffering...

Pain is different from suffering.  Pain  is an unpleasant feeling triggered in the nervous system and often caused by intense or damaging stimuli.  Suffering is to experience something unpleasant (such as defeat, loss, or damage), to become worse because of being badly affected. Pain is in the body, suffering is in the mind.

Still moments...

Meditation will help you get to the bottom of things. The truth of who you are.
Get to the bottom of things where there is no lie left; Alanis Morissette.

Conscious joy...

The joy of consciousness.  It allows you the gift of watching things pass through you. Where you are unattached and unaffected.

Being conscious...

Living conscious opens you to how many gifts you have.  It awakens a multitude of things.

Dream, extra-large please...

It is said; the bigger the dream the larger the consequences.  Big dreams require more faith and work but the more you sow, the more you shall reap.  So, how big is your dream?

Follow your heart...

The heart sees what the mind can't comprehend.

Universal Law...

The universe doesn't think, the universe reacts to what you think, what you want. What ever you want, wants you?  In knowing this; think and want the life you have dreamed. Agu'

Courage to dream...

The only thing you need to live the life of your dreams is courage.  Courage squashes fear and doesn't allow the unknown to become stagnant.  Have the courage to follow your heart and allow your soul to be the guide.  Have enough courage to dream that dream.

Heart to soul...

The heart is the soul, listen to it.  It excites you through this maze of life.  Agu'

A personal call...

Be enthusiastic about your work.  Your  personal call in life should give you the enthusiasm to be enthusiastic about it.  Enthusiasm helps to eliminate fear and laziness which allows courage to rise above all obstacles.

To magically want...

When you want something  the whole universe conspires to help you achieve it.

My Grandmother once said what ever you want, wants you; it is out there looking for you. Work hard, stay focused and enthusiastic!  Enthusiasm forges you ahead, gives you the ability to keep going.

Gods will be done...

Each morning you should spend some time asking the universe; what would you have me to do today?  Always remember you are here by divine order, your life doesn't belong to you; always always, God's will be done.

Beyond Humanness...

The spirit can't be measured; to accomplish something extraordinary get beyond your humanness.  Remember the body is pathetic compared to the will.  The spirit is much larger than the body.

Nuggets of life...

Lead life as though everything is rigged in your favor. 
Needing nothing gives you everything.
Love is all you need, live in a space of love.
Where I am not giving is lacking in every situation.
The universe is always self  correcting.
Come from a give mentality and you get it all.
The keys to anything is to make a decision to have it, the key to happiness is the decision to be happy.  

Soul to Self to Soul...

Problems are opportunities to realize and heal yourselves.  Appreciate life as the teacher it is and open yourself to the greatness that awaits you.  The personal self will no longer have power because the soul, the true you will rise and be noticed.

The chaotic mind...

Always remember the chaos and misery of the mind is not you.  You are the observer , observe it and let it move through you.

Go with the flow...

It takes maturity to slow down and realize how important this is.  Take each moment for that moment.  We have to realize how fast we're living by being conscious of our breathe. With each inhalation and exhalation it pulls you in.

Experiencing God...

To live without the I, the what about me, is to experience God on its highest level!

Family Time...

The holidays always remind us how important people are. Friends and family are the constant each of us needs in order to walk this class called life.  People first and then everything else.  Thank you for teaching us what is real on this journey.

Independence Day...

Today is a great day to reflect not only on your independence but the gift God has bestowed by birthing you in this country.  Most say it is the greatest country in the world but freedom real freedom comes from God; no matter what country.

Trust to Understand...

Trust the Universe of all and stop trying to understand with your limited self.

The Con...

When you spend money you don't have, you build an energy of lack around you.  You will find yourself always needing instead of having.  Flip the consequences and need nothing and end up with it all. If the urge hits ask yourself; is this something I need or something I want?  If the conclusion drawn says this is what I want, then you are operating in ego and you've been conned.

This Fathers Day...

Father's Day is a time to reflect on the men in your life who have exemplified the essence of what real manhood is.  If you ever have the pleasure to have a man stand up in your life as a father, brother, uncle or friend; you judge every man by his standards.  It truly is a blessing when you have several ideas to choose from!  Happy Fathers Day to each and every last one of you.

God's love...

Any good thing I can do I can do it well because God loves me.

Failure and Success, 1st cousins...

Failure is a stepping stone to success, success in the making.
Failure is God just simply moving you in another direction.

Feel the fear...

If fear exist it blocks progress, it blocks your blessings from manifesting because most people either give up or freeze up.  Feel the fear and move forward, do it anyway.  The Universe will rise in ways you never dreamed.

Focus...

What we pay attention to matters because what we pay attention to, we become.
This is your creation so focus and create with love.

Don't look back...

Run your race; don't look back.  Looking back drains you of the energy needed to move forward. There is nothing you can do about what was. Surrender to it, bless it and move to the present.

This Mother's Day...

Reflect on your gratitude for the love of the Mother figure in your life. Be grateful for her consciousness; getting beside herself to think enough of you, love you.  Most of the lessons we've learned were taught by a Mother.  Some of mine have giving me such peace over the years.  The ultimate is; " This too shall pass"; it will pass.  She would go on to say, God doesn't give us anymore than we can bear.  He loves you and he would never leave or forsake you; Deuteronomy 31:6.  Please believe this.  Happy Mother's Day to Nettie Ruth Jackson Guffie Buckner and all Mothers!

Affect to Effect...

Take notice of your affect in the earth.  Notice people's actions and reactions and how they affect you.  Then notice how you respond to them; every action brings about an equal reaction and a moment for growth.  Then take notice of how you effect the earth.

Let's live in harmony this season, where love and compassion exist.  Where the resurrection of Christ gives us hope and comfort that God first loved us, so we would love and cherish one another.

Purpose driven...

It's every other experience in life that tells and defines your purpose.  These experiences should shape your ability to offer your true calling to the world. Pay attention, write it down and move forward.

Spirit recognizes Spirit...

Leave your comfort zone...

In order to experience or have something different; you have to do something different.

In the Present...

To best prepare for the future is to stay in the present.  The present is a place where you receive the gift of presence that puts you fully into that space at that time. This is why it is said; forget the past it is gone, tomorrow isn't promised and today, the present is a gift.  Most people will never embrace where they are because they are bound to their past which will always cloud their future.

Believe...

Always believe in the invisible forces that defines your Soul!

Fear not...

Fear is cheap, you deserve better.  Start to focus on your assets not your fears, it's a false emotion!  Today is always a new day to reinvent yourselves.

Fear...

False - not in accordance with truth or fact; incorrect
Evidence - a visible sign of something
Appearing - to come into existence
Real - actually existing as a thing or fact...

So, FEAR is an incorrect sign of something existing that actually doesn't...

Respect...

Respect has everything to do with how much you respect yourself...

Following the path....

Whatever path you are walking in this present moment is your path.  Quit looking for the perfect whatever; perfect love, perfect car, house, bank account!  Walk it out, give it your best and dream during the process...

Association brings about...

In this new year be conscious of your associations.  You know how it goes; association brings about assimilation! If  your relationships do not yield your dream, leave them and start anew.  The energy around you should runneth over.

Going through...

Whatever challenges you face, whatever you are going through, go through it!  Keep it moving and it will pass through you.

On earth as it is in heaven...

Everything is waiting on you, when you ask for assistance, help; it will manifest on earth as it is in heaven.  Your dream should be so big it takes a Team, something greater than you to accomplish it.  That's when you see the fullness of the gift, given to you.
