Stillness...

God speaks in stillness.  The state of being quiet, calm, undisturbed.
Be still and know that I am God.  Psalm 46:10

Spirit recognizes Spirit...

Anytime you have a ding ding or aha or a moment when you say; that is familiar in some way.  In that moment, that situation; Spirit is recognizing itself.

In order to experience or have something different; you have to do something different.

In the Present...

To best prepare for the future is to stay in the present.  The present is a place where you receive the gift of presence that puts you fully into that space at that time. This is why it is said; forget the past it is gone, tomorrow isn't promised and today, the present is a gift.  Most people will never embrace where they are because they are bound to their past which will always cloud their future.
