Meditation Works...

Meditation is relaxing,calming. The word meditation can mean two things, the state itself or the practice of.  It has been known to decrease the blood pressure; I will let you know about that one!  What I have learned practicing is, meditation quiets the mind. Once you still or quiet your mind, your soul rises up.  When you are operating from your soul self you are operating in pure authenticity.  When in operation it allows you to be more loving, more compassionate, more generous, more patient and more forgiving...
